Hi and welcome; these are the three dog that I share my life with.  Left to right; Tilley 14 years old, Jessie 15 years old and Luke 10.5 years old.My life revolves around dogs; all dogs whether I'm training, shooting or just relaxing I can mostly be found around the canine species.  

I have been involved with dogs for over 35 years.   I started in the conformation ring at the age of 13; moving onto obedience and training.  After the birth of my three children I dove into positive reinforcement and never looked back.  I specialize in behavior modification; I could literally watch canine behavior for days at a time.  

About seven years ago I branched off to another direction; photography.  My favorite subject are dogs but I love to photograph anything that catches my eye.  As a professional canine freelance photographer I shoot for many of the big dog magazines; you can see much of my work on my photography page.

I also do private portrait shoots; most of the images on these pages are much loved pets who had their own private shoot.  Please email me to set up your own shoot.  

I also love to write about dogs; you name it, I've written an article about it.  I have many published articles and a daily blog that is educational, interesting and humorous at times.  I love everything about dogs, don't you?

What I use

Exclusively  Canon; when only the best will do, it's Canon.

My professional cameras, all lenses and flash are Canon.  Even my pocket camera is the small  Canon Power Shot.  Small enough so that it never leaves my side; ensuring  I never miss the shot. 

Vehicle

Hands down the Xterra;  best vehicle I could drive.

Dogs

I've spent alot of years with dogs, 34 to be exact.  Through all these years I've tried and tested alot of dog stuff.  So, what is left after 34 years of trial and error?

Food

I feed my dogs real food, but occasionally they eat dog food and then it is Orijen

Poop picking up

I use environmentally friendly biodegradable bags.

Dog beds

Lots of them, but the favorite is the sofa style from Costco.  You must be able to remove the outer material for washing.  Beds are my weakness, I love lots of dog beds around the house.

Shampoo

Pantene, yep the dogs get bathed in Pantene!  Or whatever I'm using at the moment.  Their hair is soft and smells wonderful.

Crates

Anything that does not have moving parts, they can be dangerous. 

Toys

Anything, the dogs love them all but I like the ones that can hold up for a least a day with Luke.

Treats

Organic chicken and rice sticks from Traders Joe's.
